The hot air flows down or up from the slit or hole bundle and is sprayed onto the material on the conveyor belt at the same time. Due to the jet velocity of over 15m/s, the convective heat transfer film is extremely thin, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the drying speed is fast. When this device is used for non breathable materials, the airflow sprayed on top still returns to the top, and the airflow sprayed on the bottom still returns to the bottom, and then participates in the cycle. The airflow beam of breathable materials has strong penetration and internal diffusion properties. The use of heat sources can include steam, electricity, hot air stoves, and fuel smoke ventilation.
